Alberta Well Finder provides access to oil and gas well site data aggregated from various sources, including the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER). We enhance this data through geocoding and additional processing to provide a comprehensive well site information service.

Subscriptions and payments 💳

• 🔄   You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty
• ❌   We do not offer refunds for subscription payments
• 📅   Your subscription will continue until cancelled; you remain responsible for all charges incurred

Data usage and API access 📊

• ✅   API usage is encouraged for automated data access and integration with your systems
• ⚠️   While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy of data, particularly that sourced from third parties
• ❌   Web scraping is strictly prohibited
• 📈   We aggregate data from various sources to provide enhanced value and utility

Account usage 👥

• 🔒   Accounts are for individual use and should not be shared among multiple users
• 🤖   Automated access through the website interface is prohibited—please use our API instead
• 📱   You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• 🚫   Any attempt to circumvent system limitations may result in account termination

Service availability ⚡

We strive to maintain 99.999% uptime for our service. However, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will provide advance notice of any planned changes when possible.
